Autosoft has been known as a good company, with good products, but primarily a best fit for smaller dealerships. Their new product platform allows them to move upstream into larger stores. As such, they need to shift brand perception to be known as a technology leader that is fully capable of handling dealerships of all sizes. Brand challenges include:

Solution

Our solution was to position Autosoft as the leader whose making sophisticated decision-making simple for dealerships. Through our branding and website work, Autosoft was able to expand the capabilities of their CRM platform in 2022, and saw an increase in site traffic after launch.
